1. Purchaser will be fully responsible for any materials miscalculated
by Purchaser or Purchaser's Contractor or Subcontractor on
take-off list from Approved Blueprint Drawing.

Prices quoted by Wholesale Builders Supply, Inc. (WBS) are
current only, and subject to change without notice. In case
of clerical error, per-unit price prevails, please examine
all estimates carefully, as WBS agrees to furnish only the
articles named and described thereon.

All agreements contingent upon strikes, accidents, or other
causes of delay beyond the control of WBS.

WBS agrees that the material sold to Purchaser shall be delivered
to the dock closest to the Purchaser’s building site.
Purchaser shall notify WBS within five (5) days after delivery,
in writing, of any shortages. In the event of any such shortages,
WBS, at its expense, shall replace any missing materials.
Failure of Purchaser to provide timely notification to WBS
of shortages shall be deemed a full and complete acceptance
of the materials delivered.

Purchaser should always be at the job site when the container
arrives. Purchaser should always open the doors, and inspect
all materials for any visible damage through breakage or water.
If you find any problems inside the container, check the container
itself to see if it shows damage form being dropped or hit,
and note it on the delivery receipt in the presence of there
delivery driver. Make sure to have the driver sign the packing
slip showing notation of the damaged material within the container,
and specify or mark which materials were damaged or broken.
It is the Purchaser’s responsibility to file a claim
with the freight company and to notify WBS immediately upon
unloading of such freight claims.
