Dear Out-of-State Customer:

Since you reside in a different state other than the State of Washington, we would like to explain our terms of sale so that you and the salesman can agree on the appropriate means of payment.

A. PREPAID

1. A cashiers check or money order is mailed to Wholesale Builders Supply, Inc. before shipment for the total amount of the order, and the material would be shipped to you on a freight collect basis.

2. We accept all major credit cards.

3. In rush orders, the money may be wired from your bank to our bank:

B. OTHER MEANS, OTHER THAN PREPAID, REQUIRING A $4500.00 DEPOSIT

1. Order Bill of Lading. Upon receipt of $4500.00 or 10% for sales of $48,000 or more, we will order materials and ship on an order bill of lading, which consigns the material to Wholesale Builders Supply, Inc. Upon receipt of payment in full, the freight company will be notified to release the material to the customer. No material will be released until payment in full is received. Freight charges must also be paid to the ocean carrier
prior to release of material.

Hopefully we can agree on an appropriate method of payment at the time that the order is placed. It takes time to
complete most of the methods other than prepaid. Please remember that Wholesale Builders Supply, Inc. is selling you a complete package of building materials at the very competitive Seattle price, plus freight.
